Webhook data: We temporarily store webhook payloads (headers and body) that pass through our Service according to your plan's retention period.

  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To send you alerts and notifications you've configured

3. Webhook Payload Data

We treat all webhook payload data as confidential. We do not read, analyze, sell, or share the content of your webhook payloads. Payload data is automatically deleted after your plan's retention period expires.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Payment processors: Stripe processes your payment information
  • Infrastructure providers: Our hosting providers process data as needed to operate the Service
  • Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Webhook event data is retained according to your plan (24 hours, 30 days, or 90 days). When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Object to certain data processing

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
