Billing FAQ
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What happens when I hit my event limit?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your limit. After 100%, new events are still captured but not forwarded until the next billing cycle or you upgrade.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes, both Pro and Team come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet, but it's coming soon. Annual plans will include 2 months free.
